The incident occurred at the intersection of Cochran Street and Callahan Avenue, where a white Kia Forte collided with a parked white Ford Fusion.
According to preliminary reports from the SVPD, the Kia Forte was traveling westbound on Cochran Street when it crashed into the Ford Fusion, which was stationary against the curb.
