At approximately 8:55 p.m., the Ventura County Fire Department and Simi Valley Police Department responded to a chaotic scene at the intersection of E. Los Angeles Avenue and Stow Street, where a Chevrolet Silverado and a Hyundai SUV had collided with devastating force.
