La County Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at a mobile home park in Calabasas. Upon arrival, crews found a fully involved mobile home fire with exposures to neighboring homes. Additionally, a fuel spill was reported under a van at the scene, creating further hazards with exposures on both sides of the vehicle. Firefighters are currently in a defensive fire attack, working to contain the flames while addressing the fuel spill and preventing it from spreading to nearby structures. Crews have established a defensive perimeter around the affected area to safeguard neighboring homes. According to the neighbors the home owner is a hoarder and sadly passed away in the fire. A fire fighter was treated for heat related injuries. Additionally a female was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. Lost Hills Sherrifs have set up a crime scene and are conducting an investigation.
