Three masked suspects emerged from the car, each armed with a firearm, and confronted the workers. The suspects, described as follows, pointed their weapons at the victims and demanded their belongings:
• Suspect 1: Wore a black sweatshirt, pants, shoes, and mask, carrying a handgun.
• Suspect 2: Wore a light gray sweatshirt, black pants, shoes, and a black mask, also carrying a handgun.
• Suspect 3: Wore a black sweatshirt, pants, a white COVID-style mask, and sunglasses; no weapon was observed.

The robbers stole a high-value watch and a pocket knife before fleeing northbound on Don Pio Drive in the Honda Accord. Fearing the suspects might return, the shaken workers ran to the home, banging on the door for safety.

The homeowner, who wishes to remain anonymous, expressed frustration and fear following the incident. “This is supposed to be a safe neighborhood,” he said. “I’m heartbroken for my workers and scared to live here now.” Determined to support his employees, he vowed to replace the stolen items with higher-quality ones, but added, “I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.”
Police are investigating and urge anyone with information about the suspects or the vehicle to contact the Los Angeles Police Department Topanga Division. The incident has heightened concerns about safety in the quiet Woodland Hills community, prompting calls for increased patrols.
