On Oct 13rd at 2:55am 911 received a call for a shooting that just took place. According to the witnesses who are revving their engines outside of their friends house, was frustrated with the noise and came up and hit their window. They drove off and decided to come back again and the man came out with a gun and shot at their vehicle five times. You can see holes on both of the white BMWs where the bullets hit. LAPD went back to the home of the alleged shooter and searched for casings at approximately 4:28am. The picked up a few things on the ground and left and did not make contact with the homeowner. The address of the shooting was at 22955 Arminta St West Hills, CA 91304 No other information is available at this time.
