Burbank, CA August 9th, 2025 A chaotic scene unfolded this evening when Burbank Police responded to reports of a large fight at the intersection of San Fernando Road and Cedar Avenue, just outside the Arbat Banquet Hall, shortly after 7 PM. Upon arrival, officers encountered approximately 40 individuals engaged in a physical altercation.
Additional police units were quickly dispatched to assist with crowd control and to break up the melee. As the situation was brought under control, several individuals were detained by authorities. The Burbank Fire Department, arrived on scene with multiple ambulances to provide medical assistance to those injured in the brawl.
By 8 PM, at least two individuals had been transported to local hospitals for treatment, while several others received on-site medical assessments. The scene remains active as police continue their investigation into the cause of the fight, which is currently unknown.
