Location: 6600 Topanga Cyn/Vanowen Street A woman in her 30s was barricaded in a Red Mazda at the Topanga In N Out Parking lot with multiple bullet holes in the front windshield. There were 5 shots through the front window of her vehicle. The vehicle was inside the driveway at the pay window. The stand off lasted over an hour. LAPD Closed down the area and eventually surrendered to authorities and was transported to a local hospital by LAFD Rescue 72. LAPD Topanga is investigating this incident.
