LAFD responded to the intersection of Woodley and Burbank at the RC airfield to find a large brushfire. Firefighters arrived in time to stop the fire from spreading into the thicker brush. The fire was held at 3 acres and is now out. start of the fire is unknown at this time. LAFD Alert-CONTAINED #SepulvedaBasin Grass Fire 15700 W Burbank Bl MAP: bit.ly/3RG8PQg FS88; It took 34 FF just over 1 hour to extinguish a 3-acre grass fire using hose lines, Dozers & water tender. No injuries. Cause under investigation.
