Heavy smoke was reported billowing from the restaurant, leading to the deployment of additional resources, including Los Angeles County Fire units, to combat the intense blaze.
In a coordinated effort, 117 firefighters successfully extinguished the flames within 33 minutes, confining the fire to the single unit and preventing spread to adjacent businesses in the strip mall. Crews are now engaged in overhaul and salvage operations to preserve recoverable property and mitigate further damage.
No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Traffic disruptions are expected in the area as emergency personnel continue operations at the scene. Authorities advise motorists to avoid Mulholland Drive and seek alternate routes.
