At approximately 9:50 PM, LAPD to division responded to a call at the intersection of Valley Circle and victory. The reporting party said that a man in a white van with the business name “All Valley Screens” on the side was allegedly throwing rocks via a sling shot at vehicles. A man in a black teslas vehicle was hit by the rocks. The man is known in the area for harassing people.
