At approximately 8:18 AM Los Angeles city fire department responded to the i8348 N Topanga Canyon Blvd to a reported fire. Engine 106 arrived on scene and found a large garbage truck in engulfed in flames. The trash truck driver dumped his load of trash that he had just picked up today into the street so that the vehicle wasn’t further damaged by the fire. Fire department was able to extinguish the fire and stop it from spreading further. LA sanitation workers will be clearing the trash from the area.
